Opelong Institute Project coordinator Vacancies Description?

Duties And Responsibilities Are As Follows

Providing records for SETA registration of learners and related information
Ensure learners are registered with the SETA that holds a qualification
Ensure learners are registered with the SETA where the client pay levies and obtain CMS screenshots as proof of registration
Arrange final internal moderation for 100% of POE’s
Ensure client and learner information and documents are loaded to the system
Signing of learner agreements and obtaining supporting documents
Assist with Learner administration processes:
Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of learners
Coordinate the attendance registers for workplace experience and training attendance, whilst addressing and managing any absences
Coordinate remediation and ensure it is completed by Facilitators after each cluster assessment
Preparation of POE’s and project files in preparation for Internal Moderation (IM) and External Moderation (EM)
Administration of the Learner Management system for blended learning
Coordinate schedules for facilitators, assessors and moderators
Administration of assessment documentation and reports
Generate and distribute certificates to successful learners
Update and amend reports as required
Draft monthly reports for clients
LMIS Learner Registration liaise with ETQA Coordinator has registered learners

o Report on issue and risks to the managing director regarding class and host site attendance
o Order new training/ project supplies and materials prior to the start of each cluster within the required timeframes
o Update changes made to projects as and when instructed by the managing director
o Manage project schedules
o Communicate to learners about training dates and venues
o Monitor learners host site attendance

Project Implementation

o Compile project plan with managing director
o Ensure project files, learner files and all other learner documentation are of high quality and standard to pass internal and external moderations
o Arrange assessments after every cluster
o Arrange internal moderation for 50% of Portfolios of Evidence (POE’s)
o Book training venues
o Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
o Adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures
o Perform any other reasonable request as directed by managing director

Matric or higher qualification
2 to 5 years’ experience in similar role
Valid driver’s license
