Internship Job Profile: Information Technology

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and Microsoft certifications highly regarded.

Three major subjects not negotiable:

Computer networks

Human Computer Interaction

Operation systems

and five additional subjects

Key Competencies:

ITIL based framework (or similar)

Microsoft OS & Workstation Applications

Service Desk System

Project and Change management

Audit and Compliance frameworks and in relation to End User Compute

Active Directory

Basic networking

Collaboration Products and tools

2. Responsibility:

He/she is responsible for L1.5 support within the global Client-Services organization

This position includes supporting all relevant L1.5 incidents, problems, change and service requests, relating to infrastructure, collaboration, security, or any other relevant areas of CS support. This role also requires a strong focus on resolving technical issues, KB article improvements, and coaching L1.5 support team members.

It´s also envisaged that they represent key focus areas within Client Services, focusing on Infrastructure, collaboration, and security SPOC areas. They also represent the local business for any IT related matters or an escalation point

This position requires strong customer focus and cooperation between the various IT-Teams

3. Experience to be gained:

Service Desk experience

Good understanding in ITIL methodology

Working with global service desk systems, like ServiceNow
