What you will enjoy doing
- You will be in charge for coordinating, develop and facilitate required training to ensure company process and compliance are covered
- Updating training, LIMMS and Visio Process Maps is part of your role
- In addition you will be assisting in the development and design of learning materials/programmes in line with the required business needs ensuring that the Afrox requirements are adhered to
- Supporting the development of sound Training and Development practices and ensuring that quality assurance is maintained in all training programmes
- You will be ensuring continuous improvement in all training and development initiatives
- Completion of MyID-SAP roles given to user are found competent after training
- Furthermore you will be ensuring that learning is captured on Tracess for reporting purposes and assist regions to monitor performance levels to ensure the required return on investment is achieved
What makes you great
- A relevant qualification with several years business experience, particularly in the Supply Process area, is required, as well as SAP experience
- Further you must have excellent command of English
- The incumbent will need to be familiar with the Skills Development Act and other legislative requirements pertinent to this position
- You have experience in facilitating training and accreditation as a facilitator would be an advantage
- Further competences include business acumen, strategic thinking, visible leadership and decision making and execution
