Responsible for all duties and responsibilities assigned to the Supporting Services department and individually, including but not exclusive of; information management, research of country, airport, and vendor information, trip cost estimates, billing audits, and support of the operational team in maintaining customer, vendor, airport, and country data.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of information within Database fields, secured through research, customer communications, or vendor communications.
Perform audit of information within the various database fields to ensure relevance, accuracy, and quality of information stored.
Database Management and administration.
Maintains the various databases to ensure relevance, accuracy, and quality of data.
Trip Cost Estimate creation and customer interaction.
Operational Support, such as hotel coordination, airline coordination, transportation coordination or any additional products and services.
Supports billing team as necessary for trip creation and audits.
Ensures quality assurance and consistency of all services delivered by Supporting Services.
Will maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
Helps other employees to accomplish company goals.
Ability to act in situations with confidence, assertiveness, tact, and diplomacy.
Ability to deal resolutely with sensitive issues; methods and techniques used in persuasion and negotiation of conflicts and problems.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
Working Hours: as determined by management.

Job Requirements:

Highly organized, detailed oriented with strong math skills
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Self-motivated and has the ability to take on challenges and be responsive to change
Ability to partner with other departments and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing, in a diverse range of audiences and settings
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Database entry skills
Information Research skills
Knowledge of global geography
Knowledge of aviation
Knowledge of the travel industry
Ability to work evenings and weekends (shift pattern)

Experience:

Previous experience of maintaining data information is preferred.
Previous experience conducting research of operational critical information is preferred.
Experience within the aviation or travel industry is preferred.

Education:

Minimum education certificate at level 12 matric certificate is required.
