Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Manage regional relationships to maximise revenue.
Identify and leverage new business opportunities in new verticals and/or new products and services.
Regularly review Regional Automation business plans and contributions and implement improvement plans as required.
Develop and maintain all Automation and Drive (Industry Business) Install Base within the allocated region.
Actively identify and qualify new opportunities within the allocated region.
Follow up promptly on sales leads generated by marketing activity.
Work with System Integrators to ensure all leads are entered and tracked in salesforce.com.
Improve quality of forecasting and maintain 3X pipeline.
Achieve allocated Regional sales targets.
Develop and maintain domain expertise in target / vertical industry(s).
Develop and maintain expertise in Schneider products, solutions & services.
Provide ongoing support and education to Regional Accounts to grow their sales and execution expertise with Schneider products, solutions and services.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as required.
General Reporting
The use of CRM throughout the sales cycle.
Constantly seek Business development opportunities outside the existing customer base to grow market share.

Qualifications
Requirements:

N6 or equivalent
3 – 5years experience in an automation environment
Proven sales track record
Must be computer literate (MS office)
Valid driver’s license
