Engineering Company in Midrand
Permanent position
R25 – R35 000 Gross per month no benefits – offer will depend on your current/last salary earned
3-5 years experience as a Project Secretary
English and Afrikaans
Need to have worked as a Project Secretary in a Construction or Engineering Company in your career
Duties:
Need to be responsible/report to the Senior Project Manager/Engineers/Directors and act as a Personal Assistant. Be responsible for the project team as and when necessary. Need to seek resolution of any work overload from Senior Project Manager/Engineers. Need to interface with Senior Management of the Client and Contractors where necessary.
Need to set-up project filing system and keep in order. Need to be responsible for all necessary typing of correspondence. Record Minutes of Meetings. Typing of correspondence/reports/minutes. Monthly report, collate and distribute. Distribute mail in accordance with the instructions from the Project Manager/Engineers.
Record and file copy for all mail sent by project team. Arrange meetings, venue and refreshments. Arrange Client’s monthly meetings. Typing of specifications, minutes, invoices and reports. At the end of a project, liaise with Document Controller and make sure the files are in order for archiving. Maintain daily and site correspondence register. Copy correspondence for project circulation file.
