Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Marketing or Communications.
A minimum of two years experience in the field of Marketing and Communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and its Styles, PPT and Excel.
Proficient in Photoshop and Camtasia (or similar video editing software).
Proficient in writing for and managing social media accounts and extracting and analysing reports.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics reporting for websites.
Excellent command of English and a good communicator, able to develop and convey clear messages.
Disciplined and structured to follow through and execute monthly administrative responsibilities.
Organisation and project management skills to plan and execute events.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provides Administrative Support to Marketing and Branding team leads and manages certain administrative functions for the department.
Coordinate and execute Internal Communications.
Assist with the planning and production of suitable content and the timely execution of the Content Plan.
Maintain and update online marketing and social media platforms, engage with communities, compile reports and make recommendations on improvements.
Assist with the development and management of marketing and brand material.
Assist with the end-to-end production of videos.
