Qualifications required:

Grade 12 plus a post matric PA qualification
Valid drivers license

Experience needed:

Proven track record as Executive PA
IT literate (Outlook, Advanced Excel, Pastel, Word, Dropbox,

MS-One Drive, Zoom and MS Teams)

Sound knowledge of the POPI Act

Key activities:

Administrative
Arranging corporate events and all travel arrangements (local

and international)

Drafting minutes of Exco and Board meetings
Compiling and distribution of board packs
Drafting correspondence
Preparation and circulation of HR documentation and dealing

with confidential information

Office management
Co-ordinating schedules, appointments and books with senior

staff

Dealing with reports
Financial administration assistance and reporting
Managing Executive”s activities ito priority, personal and work

related commitments

Attributes:

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Stakeholder engagement
