Aufgaben

Administrator Business Intelligence & Dealer Support.

Objective of the job:

To provide administrative support to the Dealer Network and the After-Sales Passenger Car Sales & Marketing Team in order to maximise sales, dealer satisfaction and long term profitability for the Brand in compliance to the Company’s Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations..

All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

Main :

Sales Support & Dealer Communication: Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers, Sales team and Dealer Network in order to deliver to key objectives and requirements of the sales environment. General Dealer communication pertaining to sales, administration and claims via DLP & email.

Reporting: Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports on dealer sales performance, sales to target report, variable margin payouts and ad-hoc reports as required by the After-Sales Sales & Marketing Manager or the BDM’s. The administrator is to validate the accuracy of the info on the report and to ensure timeous preparation and distribution of the reports to all stakeholders. Enhancement of reports to align with latest requirements and ease of use.

Presentations: Consolidation of the monthly After-Sales Sales presentation for the various DAG, Steerco, Internal and team meetings as well as preparation of the presentations for dealer review meetings/VC’s and internal sales performance. Ad-hoc presentations may also be required.

Claims Administration: Effective administration of all electronic and manual claims from dealers e.g. sundry credits. Ensure the expedient administration and turnaround times on both electronic and manual claims. Engagement with dealer network in order to resolve claims queries or sales support issues identified. Ensuring timeous feedback to dealers and BDM’s on their status and progress of claims.

Avis Incentive Administration: Consolidate all invoices, verify the parts spend and process the quarterly rebate pay out. Administrator to validate data accuracy of the incentive pay out prior to the pay out being approved.

General Administration: Assist with travel arrangements when required, load and follow-up on EBP’s for the department.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
SAP (Paragon)
Microsoft Office (Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, E-mail)
Dealer Front-End (In-House system) added advantage
Power BI added advantage

Experience:

1- 3 years’ experience in specialised field (Automotive Retail Sales)
