An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Product Supply team for a highly motivated individual to support the IMEA (Israel, Middle east and Africa) Transformation agenda. Based in South Africa, the role will operate as an integral part of the IMEA & EMEA KCP Product Supply team as we drive towards full potential performance.

This position reports to IMEA Product Supply team leader KCP and will be integrated with EMEA CI and Technical resources along with the IMEA business and connect to Global KCP networks. The incumbent will be based at the Enstra Mill site within the IMEA region and will be 100% focused on the ZA operations. They will be the KCP Representative in South Africa – Enstra, supporting a combination of Technical activities, CI Capability building & Projects management in order to drive the delivery of cost and value transformation.

The role will provide leadership, to drive and sustain focused improvements in performance utilizing technical experience and Lean techniques and ensuring KCP “Share of Voice” within the Enstra facility.

On this position you are going to:

• Develops, facilitates, and delivers Value by increasing regional CI capability and providing technical support. (e.g.: Manufacturing OEE, Spending, DTV, Safety, Quality, Cost, Projects, Fuel to grow, Wave & ECS Delivery).
• Including:
• Strong and clear accountability of performance results
• Supports the overall South Africa regional value transformation plans including leadership of many changes management aspects
• Strong support and Involvement for south Africa total delivered cost with main focus on cost Management and close connection with finance, mill and rest of Cross functional team to support on cost variance, ECS Delivery, Wave and 3yrs Pipeline
• Delivers technical input and support to Value transformation activities.
• Provides a connection for technical focus and Capital project input to the KCI organisation.
• Assists in prioritization of workload and ensuring discipline to the mindsets & behaviors within the management infrastructure
• Provides a connection for the South Africa region to the broader KCP CI and technical networks Along with the interaction with KCP EMEA Product supply and IMEA Business lead
• Drive the success for the new KCP Asset on Enstra Mill along with the start curve, best practice implementation, strong engagement, and support on Recycled fiber plant, Tissue machine and converting

To be successful in this role we believe you should have:

• Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement, LEAN culture, and a proven track record of delivering results through leading cost and value transformational activities.
• Technical background within the Product Supply function – possibly Engineering qualified
• Willing to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions
• Ability to influence others and drive collaboration across functions, key stakeholders and business units with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and exceptional communication skills are critical
• Must be fluent in English
