Clean Spot New Business Development (Cleaning Sales) Vacancies Description?

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

· Post Matric qualification or equivalent

· Must have a drivers license and own reliable vehicle

· Sales Experience in the cleaning industry is essential

· 2 – 5 years of experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and Outlook

· Good Communication and written skills

· Professional and well presented at all times

· Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours, if required

Job Responsibilities:

· Securing profitable new business

· Doing researching on potential client and cold calling on them

· Attending to potential clients in different areas of responsibility

· Accountability for client growth and proactively increasing turnover through own existing client base as well as new client

· Meeting monthly set targets

· Attend to potential clients in different areas of responsibility

· Preparing and presenting complex proposal

· Ensuring that all proposals and quotation are submitted to clients timeously

· Following up on potential clients and existing clients

· Physically conduct site surveys for all cleaning requirement

· Attend sites briefings

· To ensure that all quotations and documentation are completed accurately and in full with necessary supporting document

· Compiling and submitting weekly and monthly reports

· Acquiring thorough in-depth trade and competitor knowledge

· Addressing and resolving client’s queries promptly and satisfactorily

· Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients

· Ensuring only approved chemicals and equipment in accordance with our company policies are approved
