Requirements

– Relevant Bdegree in Property Studies or Legal field
– Minimum 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in Property
– Knowledge of local government legislation and policies
– Computer literacy (MS Office)
– Sound knowledge of contract law
– Good written and verbal communication, negotiation, public
relations and conflict resolution skills
– Valid B/EB Driver’s licence
