WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the PLM Card – PCH Delivery department, you will be responsible for supporting a product or suite of products and services within the scope of the Product Manager as part of the contribution to Product Lifecycle Management. You will be required to know the detail and have in depth knowledge of the products within your portfolio which includes monitoring and reporting on performance and escalations, analysing statistics and ensuring that products meet customer expectations and agreed SLAs.

Customer and Product Lifecycle Management
Growth and Transformation
Service Management, Product Architecture and Delivery
IT Support and Shared Services

Key responsibilities include:

Product Reporting
Product customer and service provider liaison
Incident and Problem Management (including resolution)
Product Infrastructure management and support
Risk management and risk mitigation
Change management of defects, upgrades and innovation changes
Maintain and update product collateral
Input to product pricing and budgetary process
Assist in the management and control of individual and relevant project/intervention costs

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE

Business Qualification degree / diploma would be an advantage
Required Microsoft Office Suite
Business Writing Knowledge

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years’ experience in payment and financial industry, preferably Card
BankservAfrica products (EFT, AC, EDO, Card, AVS, ICMS, MNS, etc) and processes
3D Secure experience will be an advantage
