AGCO Manager, Technical Service, Digital Products Vacancies Description?

We are currently seeking a Manager for Technical Service and Digital Products, for our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be directly responsible and accountable for meeting or exceeding customer support targets, including time to respond to new support requests and time to close new support requests.

The candidate will be fully responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of a diverse regional team of technical support experts. The candidate will also be responsible for expanding the Digital Support team in the region based on support activities and new product launches to ensure Best in Class Customer Experience.

What will you do:

Management of Customer Support Regional Organisation (goal setting, people management, performance reviews, defining correct organization structure).
Achievement of Case Management, Time to Respond and Time to Close targets.
Identification of training needs and execution of training plan to ensure cross training metrics are met.
Ensuring communication of current product issues and resolution status to the markets.
Proper budget forecasting and adherence for Operating Expense.
Engagement in New Product Introductions (as required).
Drive engagement with dealers and customers, ensuring that the proper issues are being nominated to the product concern resolution process.
Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey feedback findings to resolution, ensuring that negative customer feedback is addressed.

What will you bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
6-8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Precision Farming products and dealer operations.
Excellent influencing and negotiating skills across all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.

A plus if you have:

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Good project management skills.
Good skills of influencing, and driving change.
